When asked about why the change, Sean Kaiser said, “We had been very successful as a franchisee, however we wanted to have the opportunity to open more locations and expand our menu offerings and service levels to our guests. Doing so will also create more opportunities for our employees. We were very restricted in the franchise model and saw the opportunity to launch our own concept as a win-win for everyone involved.”
Morning Story has expansion plans, starting off by converting the two existing locations, in Arv
ada (80th & Sheridan) and Southeast Denver (Leetsdale & Holly), with remodels of the dining areas planned for the first quarter of 2019, which will include a fresh modern design, and a service bar for take-out ordering, single diners, grab and go specialty coffees and pastries, and a new unique brunch cocktail menu. Once the remodels are completed, Morning Story plans on opening more locations in the Metro-Denver area, and possibly other markets by the end of next year.
“This is a very exciting time for us, as we begin to build a new brand that meets the needs of our existing patrons and provides new enticing options to all brunch enthusiasts,” said Jim Gregory.
The expansive menu of breakfast and lunch items, is sure to please the pickiest of palates. Morning Story will inspire the customer into the next chapter of their day. Morning Story is proud to be a part of someone’s daily story, whether it’s brunch with family, something to celebrate, connect with an old friend or business to be done. They want to offer a delicious dining experience with friendly professional staff, providing their guests with a positive start to the first chapter of their day.
