Todd spent 26 years in education before moving to commercial insurance. As an educator, he created growth plans, analyzed data, developed remediation strategies, and problem solved using ingrained critical thinking skills. All of this experience he brought into the insurance industry as a commercial insurance advisor. This experience enables him to bring a fresh, personal look at providing business solutions.
