New 8-week session of Aikido Beginners Classes begins Saturday September 17th!
- Tuesday evenings 6:00–7:00 pm, Saturday mornings 10:30-11:30 am
- $50 per month, no commitment required
These foundational aikido classes explore the elements of a successful aikido practice: principle footwork, pins, throws and strikes as well as basic ukemi, the practice of receiving techniques and taking falls.
