With the upcoming holiday season, our stress levels are bound to be high.  If you experience anxiety during these times, it’s completely normal.  We, as humans, are not comfortable with the unknown and that which we feel we have no control over.  Practicing meditation can help lower our stress levels. Your physical and emotional stress can melt away by learning to calm your body and mind.  This leaves you feeling better, refreshed, and ready to face the challenges of your day with a healthy attitude.  There are many free app offerings that will guide you through meditations.  You can also join Lori for her Holiday Stress Busting Meditation.  You will experience a short teaching and a guided meditation within a group setting.
