Nothing says Sunday like brunch and the recently opened Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar location in Glendale’s CitySet complex has a delicious menu with something for everyone. And that doesn’t just mean quality food. Jax will also host the Hot Club of Pearl Street Band who will play live each Sunday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
“Brunch is a commencement or, at least, we feel it should be,” says Executive Manager Adam Reed. “It celebrates the end of the weekend and creates solid footing from which to look toward the coming week.”
The delectable brunch items include Blue Crab Cake Benedict, Lemon Curd Pancakes, Chicken & Sage Waffles and Lobster Omelets, among others, along with Jax Bloodys and Mimosas.
“Brunch deserves special attention – and I love a greasy spoon as much as the next person – but we wanted to create a brunch that feels like an event,” Reed explains. “The Jazz element will make for an electric room and our menu will be unlike any other brunch around.
What sets Jax apart from other eateries is the freshness of the seafood and other ingredients used. Additionally, the restaurant is constantly updating their menu which gives customers a reason to always come back to taste new creations.
Glendale welcomed Jax to the neighborhood this summer with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by City Council members, Chamber Board members and Chamber Ambassadors.
“We are truly honored to be part of Glendale,” says Marketing Maven Cherice Engel. “What an amazing city and group of council members that came to our ribbon cutting ceremony. The support we felt for the launch of our business was remarkable. We can’t wait to see the City of Glendale grow and develop, and are very happy to be part of it from the beginning.”
Jax Jazz Brunch will be served every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jax is located at 650 S. Colorado Boulevard. For more information visit www.jaxglendale.com or call 303-756-6449.
