If you’ve enjoyed a slice of pizza at Bonanno Pizza in Park Meadows, sipped a latte’ at Caribou Coffee in the Denver Tech Center or purchases a special someone a gift at SHR Jewelry Associates in Cherry Creek North then you’ve experienced the architectural and interior designs of Arrow B Architecture.
Owner Shane Martin says, “Our experience spans everything from a deck addition to a home in the exclusive Hamptons area of Long Island to a portion of the deck at Denver’s own Coors Field.
Martin has been in the architecture business for 21 years and opened Arrow B in 2012. The name Arrow B has a personal story that is near and dear to Martin’s heart. “Arrow B is an old family cattle brand, one that my wife’s family still registers, ” he says. The name is down to earth, practical, and straightforward just like Arrow B’s approach to their projects.
A St. Louis native and University of Kansas graduate, Martin made his way west and eventually landed in Denver in 1997. Martin and his wife love Denver and have two kids. Martin exclaims, “I am passionate about my family and work as hard at being a father as I do an architect.”
As Arrow B grew it was a natural choice to join the Greater Glendale Chamber of Commerce. “We’re enjoying the new connections we’ve made,” says Martin. One of these Chamber connections is long time client Rocky Mountain Human Services. “I’ve worked on some expensive, sexy projects in my time, but I have to say that working with RMHS is always gratifying.”
Upcoming projects for Arrow B Architecture include an oral surgeon’s office in Littleton, a brewery in Five Points Plaza, and a high profile downtown Denver building. If you’ve got a project on your to-do list, give Arrow B Architecture a call or meet them at one of the many upcoming Chamber events scheduled throughout November and December.
