Personal insurance can be very complex so you need someone who is backed by a solid company to guide you.
Local Liberty Mutual agent and Glendale Chamber member Chris Lee can ensure you have appropriate coverage while offering competitive rates, determine if you are adequately covered and make sure you’re receiving all the applicable discounts to help lower your insurance bill.
“Many people think they don’t necessarily need insurance if they are renters but that couldn’t be further from the truth,” Lee explained. “Renters Insurance is affordable and provides protection for your possessions not just at your home but also in your car, when you’re on vacation or when moving. It also covers you if someone hurts themselves in your apartment or if you accidentally damage someone else’s property.”
Celebrating 100 years of providing a broad spectrum of insurance policies for every need, Liberty Mutual Insurance offers a variety of coverage including: Homeowner, Auto, Condo, Renters, Life, Personal Liability, Motorcycle and Watercraft.
In addition to experience, Liberty Mutual also offers their services via the latest technology such as their new mobile app. Allowing you to quickly and easily capture details of a claim incident, their app provides options such as taking photos, entering the information from other involved parties and recording a voice memo to help them remember key details. The app also connects you to a dedicated claims representative who will guide you through the software and the claims process.
Liberty Mutual’s claims service is offered 24/7 and you can either call and speak with a claims specialist or go online and file your claim.
“With our online service you can file a claim, check on the status of your claim, upload photos, request changes to your policy and much more,” Lee said. “You’ll receive professional, courteous, knowledgeable help from an experienced service team.”
He continued, “By having Liberty Mutual Insurance, you will not only receive valuable information but you can be assured that we will provide you with the right coverage to fit your needs and to help protect the things that matter most.”
Community Support
In an effort to give back to their community, Liberty Mutual has partnered with many charities and non-profits to raise funds to benefit its programs. You can support this effort by completing a no-obligation Liberty Mutual Auto or Home insurance quote with Lee and for each quote received Liberty Mutual will make a donation to the Gift for Quote Program.
Since 1912, Liberty Mutual has been dedicated to helping people live safer, more secure lives. One way the company accomplishes this goal is through their Fire Safety Campaign which supports their commitment to fire safety and education. For more information visit www.befiresmart.com.
Liberty Mutual’s Fire Safety programs support the mission of firefighters dedicated to protecting our homes and families, celebrate acts of heroism, rally local support for neighborhood fire departments and educate communities about fire prevention. The Firemark Award honors the valor and selfless spirit of career and volunteer firefighters who go above and beyond the call of duty to keep our communities safe.
Helping Kids
Supporting volunteer youth sports coaches and parents who help our children succeed both on and off the field, the Responsible Sports™ program provides the tools, resources, tips and advice needed to help kids experience the best that youth sports have to offer. The program includes access to on-the-field game and practice preparation tools, as well as a self-paced online guide filled with learning tools and topics addressing youth sports issues. Through this community-based program, young athletes are taught valuable lessons that will help them grow on and off the field.
Recognizing that youth sports programs and responsible coaches make a huge impact on the lives of young athletes, Liberty Mutual offers Community Grants and Coaching Awards to deserving organizations and coaches across the country. For more information visit www.responsiblesports.com.
Glad To Be Part Of Glendale
Before working with Liberty Mutual, Lee found his way to Glendale back in 2006 when he started a coffee vending company Knights of the Ground Table.
“I was already in two other chambers at the time but, after meeting Larry and attending my first after hours at the Bull & Bush, I knew this was the chamber for me,” Lee said. “Everyone is very friendly and open, not as stuffy as some other chambers.”
He continued, “I’m excited to be back and plan on becoming a bigger part of the chamber and the community as well.”
