Mendocino Farms, the fast-casual res­tau­rant known for its chef-driven sandwiches, salads, and more, has expanded into Colorado with its first location in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood at 320 Fillmore St. Suite 131.

 

Mendocino Farms officially opened to the public on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, bringing signature fresh ingredients, fearless flavor combinations, and “Eat Happy” vibes to Cherry Creek North.
