Specialty flavors, 12 different glazes, 15 different toppings…..Yum!! But I digress! Back to the name.

Fractured Prune Doughnuts is named for a feisty woman from the 1800’s named Prunella Shriek. According to an article in The Baltimore Sun, Prunella was known for competing against men in sports such as skiing, ice skating, tennis, and ping pong. A local legend, Prunella often returned from competing with broken bones and unique injuries earning the nickname, “Fractured Prunella.”

The name is synonymous with something unique and one-of-a-kind…hence the name Fractured Prune Doughnuts. The shops have become a hit across the country syncing up perfectly with current trends in the food industry including Millennial favorite build-to-order concepts.

Fractured Prune Doughnuts is serving up a specialty doughnut menu with flavors such as French Toast, Blueberry Hill, and Morning Buzz. Doughnuts are customized on the spot to satisfy your individual cravings. The colorful shops encourage guests to tap into their “inner doughnut genius” by trying new flavors and enjoying a true doughnut adventure.
