The Greater Glendale Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Made Here Beer and Bardstown Bourbon Company held a Bourbon and Beer tasting on August 25, 2021. The event was held at the Try Club at Infinity Park and featured tastings from each company.

Made Here Beer was on hand with their lager, American Ale, and IPA beers. Brand Ambassador Addisson Follett addressed the guests and told the story about the Made Here brand and worked her way through the crowd to answer questions. Made Here Beer is brewed in Colorado using 100% American ingredients. The company was founded by Scott Eastwood and Dane Chapin and over the last four months, has gained exposure and entered into many liquor stores around the metro area. JPAD Liquors, located at 560 S. Holly St. in Denver, is one liquor store that has plenty of Made Here Beer in stock.

Mark Bangert from Bardstown Bourbon Company also addressed the guests describing their process behind two popular bourbons. Guests were able to taste Fusion #5 which showcases the fusion between exemplary 11-year-old sourced bourbon with two of our own carefully-selected mashbills. “The Fusion #5 was my favorite drink of the night,” said Chris Campbell. “It was very smooth and it’s obvious Bardstown takes great pride in their craft.”

Attendees finished with the Discovery #5, a four-year aged straight bourbon whiskey blended to create a smooth and unique expression. Bardstown is available in over 350 liquor stores throughout the state of Colorado. Fusion #5 retails for $59.99 per bottle and Discovery #5 retails for $129.99.
