Franchise Owner: Steven Luton and his wife Celeste moved from San Diego to Denver and after leaving a secure, six figure job, Luton purchased a Minuteman Press franchise.

Steven Luton left what he calls a cush and six figure job to open his own Minuteman Press franchise in the heart of Denver. He purchased the print shop formerly known as Print & Copy Centers of Colorado last October. “I got tired of being behind the computer all day long,” said Luton. “I’m a social person so I couldn’t wait to get out of the house and be around people.”

Luton looked for a franchise that would allow flexibility and that was profitable. A deal fell through on a different Minuteman Press location, but Luton was already sold on the franchise and wanted to be a part of it. He discovered that Connie Williams was selling Print & Copy Centers and Luton felt it was a good fit to give that location a go.

After seeing modest sales growth through the winter, the Covid-19 crisis hit. Luton remains upbeat as his shop is deemed an “essential business” and is still open, albeit by appointment only. “The amount of support especially during this Covid-19 issue, they have been great,” said Luton. “They built a website for Minuteman Press owners to talk about ways to bring in business during this time.”

Bounce Back USA: Website created by Minuteman Press to offer two free services to help support all neighboring businesses as we all find a way to work together through these trying times.

That website is Bounce Back USA. Bounce Back USA was created by Minuteman Press to offer two free services to help support all neighboring businesses as we all find a way to work together through these trying times. First, Minuteman is distributing a COVID-19 awareness and prevention poster at no charge to all businesses in Denver. Second, they are providing a free local advertising forum to stimulate business as we overcome the economic effects. As far as Minuteman Press is concerned, they believe that your business is their business and that if you succeed, they succeed. That philosophy is at the center of everything they do. It is why they work hard to deliver the highest-quality products and services on time and within budget. It is why they strive to provide all their customers with first-class service each and every day.

There is no greater satisfaction than delivering a finished product that helps their client reach their goals and objectives. Every day they take ownership of customers’ projects and see them through from concept to completion.

Minuteman’s mission is to provide you with the highest-quality products and services possible in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. They promise to listen to you and help you achieve your business goals. They will always be there with honest, expert advice and quick, friendly customer service.

If there’s one thing Minuteman Press has learned over the years, it’s that no amount of technology can replace the human touch. That’s why they hire only the most qualified individuals to serve on their team. They look for people that share their philosophy that your business is their business.

That philosophy is not unlike the Greater Glendale Chamber of Commerce’s. It is one of the reasons Luton joined the Chamber. “The last event at Jax is where I came out of my shell,” said Luton. “I joined because it is close and a little bit smaller. The more people you meet, the more opportunities of businesses you might have.”

Minuteman Press is located at 1459 S. Holly Street (Holly and Florida) in Denver. For more information, visit www.denver21-co.minutemanpress.com or call 303-759-5449.
