Passionate Broker: Jaxzann Riggs, owner of The Mortgage Network, loves what she does and one thing she enjoys most is helping first-time home buyers.

The Mortgage Network and owner Jaxzann Riggs is the oldest tenant in the Cherry Creek Plaza in Glendale and is a longtime Glendale Chamber member. In fact, The Mortgage Network is one of the oldest privately held mortgage brokerage firms in the Denver area.

With over 35 years in the business, Riggs loves what she does and doesn’t feel like she has worked a day in her life. “I really believe that everyone should own a home,” said Riggs. “To whatever extent I can provide information that makes them feel comfortable about the process and confident that they feel they made the best choice for themselves makes me happy. I love what I do. I have done this over half my life.”

For over 33 years, The Mortgage Network has earned the distinction of providing superior service at a fair price. “Jaxzaan was prompt, attentive, kind, and understanding, said Amy During, a first-time home buyer. “I valued working with her on the mortgage of my first home.”

The Mortgage Network offers a full spectrum of loan products, regardless of the market conditions: FHA, VA, Conventional, Sub-Prime, Credit-Challenged, No-Money Down, First-Time Home Loans, Investors, 2nd Mortgages, Vacation Home Loans, Commercial Loans, Reverse Mortgages.

As an FHA and VA approved lender, they are able to offer their clients a full range of federally insured or guaranteed loans as well as those offered to the marketplace by FNMA and FHLMC.

The Mortgage Network hires only experienced, bonded and licensed mortgage loan originators of which they now have 15. In general, mortgage brokers are held to the highest standards for education and licensing of lenders in the U.S. In fact they are required to provide you with much more information than their banking competitors, so you can

have confidence that there will be no surprises on the day of closing.

“Jaxzann did a wonderful job in the processing and funding of my client’s loan,” said Kelly Frye, a local realtor. “She was ahead of the game the entire time, met all of her dates easily and kept me updated throughout the process.”

With interest rates at historic lows and the Federal government offering substantial tax credits to first-time and (in some cases), existing home owners, now is the time to consider your first home purchase or moving up to your dream home. “A lot of consumers don’t understand how easy it is to get a loan,” said Riggs.

Riggs also looks forward to getting more involved in the Chamber. Especially, the Business Before Business Workshops. “What I have noticed, [The Chamber] breakfast meetings have great topics,” said Riggs. “It looks really interesting.”

The Mortgage Network is located at 600 S. Cherry, #143 in Glendale. For more information, visit www.themortgagenetworkonline.com or call 303-394-2121.
